Privacy Notice

This notice explains how CMRK Enterprises, LLC, operator of Dentanomics ("we", "us"), handles personal data. We are the data controller for account and website data. For patient information a practice uploads, the practice decides what is uploaded and why, and we process it on the practice's behalf to provide the Service.

What we collect and why

• Account details (name, email, phone, practice name and address, login credentials) — to create and run your account. Basis: performance of our contract.
• Practice data you upload (reports, financial figures, case, follow-up and arrangement records, which may include patient names and contact details) — to provide dashboards, reports and reminders. Basis: contract.
• Support messages — to help you. Basis: contract and legitimate interests.
• Usage and device data (IP address, browser, pages used) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the Service. Basis: legitimate interests.
• Service emails — account, billing and reminder messages you or your practice trigger. Basis: contract.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who host, store, email and process data for us (cloud hosting, email delivery, AI document extraction).
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sales, subscriptions, payments, tax and invoicing.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
• Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active. After it ends we keep it for up to 30 days so you can request an export, then delete or anonymise it, unless we must keep certain records by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under California law), you may ask to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal data, and to object to or limit certain uses. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. Patients should contact their dental practice first. Contact us at dentanomicsconsultinggroup@gmail.com; we respond within 30 days.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls that keep each practice's data separate, and restricted staff access to protect data.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and the Service working. We do not use advertising cookies.
